Job summary

The role requires state licensing, strong communication, and thorough knowledge of administrative management and government regulations guiding nursing centers. You will promote community relations and maintain engagement across teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
• On-call availability

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective actions as required
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and provide the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center
