Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking a Full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). You will lead the clinical team, promote outstanding resident care, and help shape a culture built on compassion, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute settings.
• Prior experience managing staff required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with CMS, NJDOH and other regulations.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with standards for high-quality resident care.
• MDS process, care planning, and survey readiness.
• Infection prevention and control knowledge.
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, procedures.
• Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding nursing staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
