Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
• New Jersey Registered Nurse license (unencumbered).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing staff comply with all regulations and standards for resident care.
• Oversee MDS process, care planning, and survey readiness.
• Infection prevention and control knowledge and implementation.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement compliance and quality policies, programs, and procedures.
• Staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on operations and performance.
