Complete Care is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team, promote outstanding resident care, and help shape a culture built on compassion, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred.
• Prior experience managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH).
• Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
• Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness.
• Infection prevention and control knowledge.
• Ability to lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
• Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
