Job summary

Carecore Montgomery is seeking an experienced RN leader for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role. This position focuses on quality care, staff development, and clinical excellence within our skilled nursing team.

You will lead nursing operations, mentor staff, monitor regulatory compliance, and participate in quality initiatives to improve resident outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license is required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Passion for resident-centered care.
