Job summary

CareCore at Montgomery is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our skilled nursing team. You will support daily operations, mentor staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has leadership experience in long-term care, and excels at communication and teamwork to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
