This role supports the Director of Nursing in driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a resident-centered culture within a skilled nursing setting.

You will lead nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure adherence to care standards while fostering collaboration and communication across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
