CareCore Health in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader with an active Ohio RN license and prior nursing leadership experience.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain high resident care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio required.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations, clinical standards, and survey processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example and build positive relationships with staff and residents.
