ContinuingHealthcare Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Ohio to lead the nursing team in the DON’s absence and ensure quality resident care. This role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The ADON must hold an Ohio RN license in good standing and bring 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care to the table, contributing to a compliant and patient-centered facility environment.

Experience and Skills

The ADON is responsible for managing the nursing department inthe absence of the DON. The ADON must possess leadership andsupervisory skills and must be able to work with all team members.Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio RN nursing license ingood standing with the State. Must have minimum of 2-3 yearssupervisory experience and knowledge of long term care regulationsand survey process.
