Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead quality resident care, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This clinical leadership role requires dependable, experienced nurses who can balance operational needs with compassionate care. You will oversee staffing, support MDS and care planning, supervise nursing teams, maintain accurate records, and advance infection control programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing; assist as needed.
• Oversee resident care; contribute to MDS, care planning, QA, and infection control.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties.
• Review and maintain accurate resident records.

Support Nursing Excellence and Resident Care

We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
• Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs
• Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records
• Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans
• Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources
• Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Has strong technical skills and proven leadership/management experience
• Brings a background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Embraces a restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills
• Has working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards
