Qualifikationen

• Willingness to be on-call per rotation and supervise nursing staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist in creating work schedules for nursing personnel.
• Visit patients to ensure maximum care and communicate with staff and physicians.
• Supervise nursing personnel to assure quality patient care.
• Serve as liaison for staff nursing and nurse management.
• Monitor QA programs and maintain nursing records.
• Act as Infection Control Nurse and oversee decubiti monitoring.
• Address disciplinary issues and perform other duties as assigned.
