Margate Health & Rehabilitation in Jefferson, North Carolina seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our Nursing Service Department and support the DON. The successful candidate will hold an active RN license and have at least two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care facility.

The ADON will organize, develop, and direct nursing operations, relieve the DON in their absence, maintain required records, and participate in on-call rotations with nurse managers.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a nursing care facility.

Responsabilités

• Organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Service Department.
• Relieve the Director of Nursing in their absence and assist with records and reports.
• Assist with visiting and communicating with residents.
