• Assist in preparing work schedules for nursing personnel.
• Visit patients to ensure maximum care and communicate with staff and physicians.
• Supervise nursing personnel to assure best patient care.
• Serve as liaison for staff nursing and nurse management.
• Monitor the Quality Assurance Program of the facility.
• Assign duties to nurses and supervise performance.
• Oversee nursing records and medical treatments for accuracy.
• Act as Infection Control Nurse for the facility.
• Monitor decubiti and review monthly reports.
• Handle disciplinary problems involving nursing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
