Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois and in good standing.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate nursing activities.
  • Help the director of nursing manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
  • Evaluate performance by the nursing department and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.
  • Monitor and train the nursing staff.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
  • REGISTERED NURSE (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment (PointClickCare).
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
