Summary: Assists the Director of Nursing in managing the Department of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care for all residents/patients, supporting nursing objectives and standards.
• Ensure adequate staffing to provide quality care.
• Support and implement staff development programs compliant with regulations.
• Provide clinical expertise for patient/resident interventions.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.
• Act as Director of Nursing in their absence if designated.
• Supervise nursing personnel as directed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience.
• RN license in the state.
