St. Anne’s, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for an ADON. Our community offers assisted living and skilled nursing care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our attractive, multi-acre campus features a pond, pavilion, and numerous patios, providing a peaceful environment in the city. Located centrally is a large chapel, reflecting our mission and faith-based values.

• RN license required

The ADON must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing nursing services; supervising care and shift management; participating in training programs; and coordinating care planning.

Requirements:

• Active WI RN license in good standing
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of MDS and Medicare is a plus
