Job summary

Versailles Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Versailles, Ohio, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing team and collaborate with the Director of Nursing. Qualifications

What You'll Do

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll provide leadership and direction to our nursing department while working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team. You will:

• Assist with leading, supporting, mentoring the nursing team

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
