Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Long-term care / skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor and support the nursing staff.
• Promote excellent clinical care and positive resident outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Partner with facility leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, and daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
