Job summary

Advena Living in Rose Hill, KS, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to partner with the Director of Nursing and support daily clinical operations, strengthen nursing practices, and ensure compassionate resident care.

You will coach staff, assist with staffing, scheduling, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness, and step into clinical duties as needed. A full-time role with opportunities to oversee residents and drive team performance.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas LPN or RN license.
• Knowledge of state long-term care requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred.

• Current, unencumbered Kansas LPNs, RN license, or multistate RN license.
• Knowledge of state and local requirements applicable to long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.
