Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care in a dynamic facility.

The ADON will support staffing, oversee care planning and infection control, review documentation, and collaborate with physicians to design individualized care plans. Applicants must be licensed with strong leadership and geriatrics experience and a solid understanding of nursing home regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs and assist floor staffing.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs.
• Manage nursing staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date resident records.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing teams.
• Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Uphold infection control through assessments and measures.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
