Job summary

Cor Healthcare Partners in Marion, IA is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership and daily nursing operations.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing to uphold resident care quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development, while providing hands-on leadership, managing staffing and clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule.

• Monitor regulatory compliance, quality measures, and infection control practices
• Support staff orientation, education, competencies, and performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide leadership to the nursing team
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation as needed
• Provide floor support and help cover staffing needs when necessary

We are actively hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership and daily nursing operations.The Assistant Director of Nursing partners closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will provide hands-on leadership, assist with daily clinical operations, and help ensure excellent outcomes for residents and staff.
