Topaz HR is assisting a rapidly growing healthcare organization in Pittsburgh, PA, to find an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a skilled nursing facility. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to navigate regulatory requirements, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and mentor staff while maintaining a strong resident-care focus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior nursing leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations.

Position Overview

We areseekingan experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations within a skilled nursing facility. Strong candidates will work closely with the Director of Nursing to help oversee nursing staff,maintainregulatory compliance, support quality initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
