Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations and drive resident care excellence. You will oversee staffing, care planning, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with physicians and the nursing team to design individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with strong leadership experience in geriatric or long-term care settings.

• Must be a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Leads with strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
