Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with solid assessment and communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing as needed to meet daily census and budget.
• Oversee resident care and contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties.
• Review and maintain up-to-date resident records.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to design individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment, supplies, and other resources for staff.
• Conduct assessments and implement infection control measures.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
