Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staffing, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with strong leadership, geriatrics experience, and proficiency in care planning, documentation, and infection control. This is a full-time on-site leadership role within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience in geriatric or long-term care.
• Familiarity with nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing needs and cover staffing when required.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, and Infection Control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
• Review and maintain up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment and supplies for care delivery.
• Lead infection control efforts and monitor compliance.

We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed

• Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs

• Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs

• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records

• Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans

• Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources

• Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures
