Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing excellence and resident care. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, staff support, and high-quality patient outcomes across a long-term care setting.

The ADON will oversee MDS coordination, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs, while managing nursing staff and ensuring proper documentation. A restorative care approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing with the state board.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Support staffing needs by stepping in when needed.
• Oversee resident care including planning, PI, and infection prevention programs.
• Manage nursing staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign and delegate duties.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident records.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and teams.
• Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other resources for staff.
• Uphold infection control measures and conduct ongoing assessments.

We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed

• Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs

• Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs

• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records

• Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans

• Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources

• Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures
