St. Anne’s, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for an ADON. Our community offers assisted living and skilled nursing care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Located on Milwaukee’s northwest side, our attractive, multi-acre campus features a pond, pavilion, and numerous patios, providing a peaceful environment. The community center is a large, beautiful chapel reflecting our mission and faith-based values.

Responsibilities

The ADON must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include assisting in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services, supervising care and management of shifts, and coordinating care planning programs. The role involves controlling and evaluating nursing services to meet residents' needs and uphold quality standards, in accordance with facility policies. The ADON will also participate in in-service training and orientation programs.
