AristaCare At Manchester is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team at our New Jersey facility. This full-time role offers leadership in patient-centered care, infection control, staffing, and staff development.

Required: NJ RN license, 5 years nursing experience, 3 years supervisory in LTC/sub-acute, IP course within 3–6 months, and EMR experience.

Qualificações

• NJ RN license required.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in clinical setting.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in long term care/sub-acute setting preferred.
• Infection Control: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred
• Completion of IP Course within 3-6 months of hire would be expected.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ.

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in clinical setting is preferred.

• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in long term care/sub-acute setting is preferred

• Infection Control: 1 year (Preferred)

• Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred

• Completion of IP Course within 3-6 months of hire would be expected.
