Job summary

AristaCare in New Jersey seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing department and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ADON will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff development, participate in recruitment, reinforce infection prevention, and ensure readiness for surveys.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings.
• PCC certification appears.
• IP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting
• PCC certification
• Infection Prevention (IP) experience a plus
