The ADON will help maintain regulatory compliance, oversee infection control, and mentor staff across shifts to uphold clinical excellence within our facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.
• PCC certification.
• Infection Prevention (IP) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing and managing daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of resident-centered care.
• Support infection control oversight and regulatory readiness.
• Plan, organize, and conduct staff training programs and clinical in-services.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels of nursing staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet resident care needs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee staff competency evaluations and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
