Job summary

Vivera-Senior-Living-of-Columbu is seeking an ADON to lead the clinical team under the Director of Nursing. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and guide care delivery to ensure exceptional resident experiences in a senior living setting.

The role emphasizes wellness assessments, individualized care plans, and collaboration with physicians and families to maintain high-quality care. Indiana RN/LPN licensure and supervisory experience are required, with senior care background preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure in Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior senior care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and guide the clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct wellness assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Deliver health promotion, disease prevention counseling, and self-care education.
