Nexus Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and lead daily operations in our nursing department. The ADON will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and help maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.
You will oversee nursing activities, evaluate performance, conduct rounds, and address concerns while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth admissions for new residents.

2 years of professional experience in long-term care, preferably as an ADON.
Active RN license in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
Familiarity with medical software and equipment (PointClickCare).
Ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
