The ADON will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to implement policies, drive quality improvement, and maintain documentation accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold an IL RN license with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in IL.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Experience with ADON duties and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments (therapy, social work, dietary).
