Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments (therapy, social work, dietary).

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and reports.
