Highline Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead and oversee the nursing department in a dynamic post-acute setting. This full-time role partners with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in Colorado, at least one year of RN experience in post-acute or skilled nursing, and prior nurse-management exposure. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Colorado.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required.
• At least one year experience as an RN.
• Previous Nurse Management experience preferred.
