Highline Post Acute is seeking licensed LPNs to join our compassionate team in Colorado. Provide skilled nursing care in our facility, support residents, and collaborate with the care team to maintain excellence in daily operations.

Shifts: Full-time 6am-2pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; Full-time 2pm-10p on Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday; Part-time 6am-2pm on Friday, Sunday & every other Saturday; Part-time 2pm-10pm on Friday & Saturday.
