gpac is assisting a respected Louisiana-based healthcare facility in seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its leadership team and uphold the highest standards of resident care.

The ideal candidate is an LPN or RN with strong leadership abilities, CPR certification, and solid knowledge of long-term care regulations. Responsibilities include supervising daily nursing operations, staffing, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Louisiana (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to foster a positive and effective care environment
• Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations within the facility
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with federal and Wisconsin state regulations
