Job summary

The Catholic Diocese of Arlington is seeking an Assistant Director of Information Technology to lead the IT office for CAO, ACH and CCDA. You will oversee network operations, infrastructure, security, disaster recovery planning and technology budgeting while guiding staff and policy development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
8–10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in supervisory/management roles.
Experience supporting enterprise environments of 400+ users.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day IT operations and service delivery across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, cloud, telecommunications, and end-user support.
Oversee network/server/storage/identity management/endpoint environments and ensure uptime, security and redundancy.
Lead security incident response, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning/testing.
Manage infrastructure projects, budgets, vendors and stakeholder communications.
Supervise IT personnel, support recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations.
Serve as escalation point for complex IT issues and coordinate with executive leadership.
