Arlington Independent School District seeks a strategic Director of Infrastructure & Operations to lead district-wide technology infrastructure, platforms, and security. You will oversee network, cloud, compute/storage, UCaaS, and AI readiness while guiding disaster recovery, budgeting, and capital projects.

The role requires advanced leadership, strong vendor management, and a focus on data privacy, FERPA compliance, and district-wide technology planning to support educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in network administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for Infrastructure & Operations across district networks, platforms, cybersecurity, UCaaS, and security.
• Direct multi-cloud, hybrid environments ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee Federal E-Rate program compliance and capital technology planning and budgeting.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contract lifecycles, and RFP processes.
