Job summary

Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas seeks a Director of Cybersecurity and IT Operations to lead cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, and service delivery across the Diocesan entities.

The role oversees AI governance, cloud/on-premises platforms, and information systems, ensuring security, reliability, and mission alignment. Senior leadership collaboration and flexible incident response are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related technology functions.
• Five or more years of management or supervisory experience including personnel, budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology, cybersecurity strategy and governance across Pastoral Center, Parishes and Catholic Schools.
• Direct internal staff and external providers; drive risk management and incident response.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, applications, service delivery and resilience.
• Manage budget, procurement, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with clergy and leadership to align technology with mission.
