Delaney at the Vale seeks an Assistant Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across our senior living community. You will mentor and develop nursing teams, promote a culture of compassionate care, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN or RN to elevate their leadership career while impacting residents' lives. Starting salary is $95,000+ with a Monday–Friday schedule plus a manager on duty weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in good standing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

Inspire and Lead Clinical Teams

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop nursing team members

• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and compassionate care

• Assist with staffing oversight and scheduling support

Drive Clinical Excellence

• Partner with the Director of Health Services to oversee nursing operations

• Ensure compliance with state regulations, community policies, and best practices

• Support infection prevention, safety initiatives, pharmacy reviews, and quality audits

Champion Resident-Centered Care

• Assess residents and assist with care level determinations

• Support resident admissions and transitions of care

• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

• RN required
