Delaney at the Vale seeks an Assistant Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across our senior living community. You will mentor and develop nursing teams, promote a culture of compassionate care, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN or RN to elevate their leadership career while impacting residents' lives. Starting salary is $95,000+ with a Monday–Friday schedule plus a manager on duty weekend rotation.

Formación

• RN license required and current in good standing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop nursing team members.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and compassionate care.
• Oversight of staffing and scheduling support.
• Oversee nursing operations with the Director of Health Services.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Support infection prevention, safety initiatives, and quality audits.
• Assess residents, assist with care level determinations, admissions, and transitions.
