Job summary

LCS is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead The Delaney at the Vale in Massachusetts, overseeing independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will provide overall leadership and direction for the community to ensure residents thrive and employees are valued.

This highly visible role requires strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, budget and performance management, and strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners. Travel 0-10%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners.
  • A passion for serving others, including the ability to drive resident satisfaction through relationship development.
  • Ability to create a team culture, driving a People FIRST Culture by attracting top talent, retaining, and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and stabilize community occupancy; understanding of Massachusetts AL and MC regulations and drive compliance.

  • Ensure the community consistently delivers exceptional resident experience

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the overall operations for The Delaney at the Vale. As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the community, creating an environment where residents thrive, and the employees feel valued and engaged.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overall performance and success of the community. You will partner closely with residents, families, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure an exceptional experience at every level.

What We’re Looking For:
