Job summary

The Delaney At The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team in Massachusetts. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise and delegate tasks to Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants, and participate in ongoing care planning.

The position operates on a full-time night shift (11pm–7am) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, a 401(k) match, EAP, daily pay and referral bonuses. MA nursing license required.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and contribute to care plans.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services on conditions and needs.

The Delaney At The Vale is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Salary:

$40/hour

Schedule: Full Time NOC Shift 11pm-7am

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

• Current nursing license in MA
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
