The Delaney at The Vale in Woburn, MA is seeking an Assistant Director of Health Services (RN or LPN) to lead clinical operations in a senior living community. This role partners with the Director of Health Services to mentor nursing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate resident care.

You'll oversee staffing, infection prevention, safety initiatives, and quality audits while supporting admissions and transitions of care.

Formación

• RN licensed and eligible to practice.
• Minimum leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Starting Salary: $95,000+

Monday-Friday Schedule + Manager on Duty Weekend Rotation

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

Inspire and Lead Clinical Teams

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop nursing team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and compassionate care
• Assist with staffing oversight and scheduling support

Drive Clinical Excellence

• Partner with the Director of Health Services to oversee nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, community policies, and best practices
• Support infection prevention, safety initiatives, pharmacy reviews, and quality audits

Champion Resident-Centered Care

• Assess residents and assist with care level determinations
• Support resident admissions and transitions of care
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

• RN required
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
