Pitt EDGE is the University of Pittsburgh’s central hub for digital education, housed within the Office of the Provost. This inaugural Center advances the University’s strategic vision for online, hybrid, and continuing education by partnering with Pitt’s 16 schools to expand access and improve quality for diverse learners. Pitt EDGE supports the full lifecycle of digital learning through services such as enrollment management, instructional design, technology integration, market analysis, academic planning, recruitment, and quality assurance.
If you are an experienced enrollment professional who thrives on coaching teams, delivering effective training, and turning pipeline data into action, we welcome you to become an Assistant Director of Digital Enrollment on our team. In this role, you will hold a crucial leadership position supervising Enrollment Specialists, overseeing daily enrollment activity across an assigned school portfolio, facilitating training for new and existing staff, and ensuring prospects move through the funnel with consistency and accountability at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Excellence in Digital Education/Pitt Online.
Facilitates the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of all students seeking entrance to a school or college of the University. Serves on management team to initiate new programs and procedures; represents the school/college internally and externally.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while working at a computer. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds (e.g., files, equipment)
