Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to help run a cheerful, safe school environment focused on children and families. You will work with the School Director to ensure smooth daily operation and safety vision, and take on sole responsibility when the Director is away.

You will support social, physical, and intellectual development of children, lead staff, and promote a positive company image in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
