Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

You will be accountable, responsible, and team-oriented, recruiting and retaining quality staff while upholding licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
