Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. The role involves promoting children's social, physical, and intellectual growth while maintaining a positive, care-focused environment for families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
