Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and leads daily activities to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, recruit and retain quality staff, and help achieve profitability for the center while delivering a caring,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
